Transport Data Observatory in Chile

Author: Ministry of Transport and Telecommunications, Chile

The Chilean Ministry of Transport and Telecommunications has launched a website that allows users to access data and statistics about the country’s various transport systems, organized into two main blocks: passengers and freight.

The passenger transport data is organized into six principal categories: ground transport, international transport, urban transport impact evaluation (SEISTU), subsidies, certification/approval, and urban mobility.

The freight transport data is also organized into six categories: basic indicators, logistics indicators, highway transport, railway transport, maritime transport, and air transport.
