Paraguay: International seminar on logistics and supply chains

The seminar took place in the Granados Park hotel with 148 participants, who represented businesses, Government institutions, and universities. The opening ceremony was led by Alejandro Conti, president of the Paraguayan-American Chamber of Commerce, Masami Yamamori, Representative of the Inter-American Development Bank in Paraguay, and Francisco Rivas, Minister of Industry and Commerce.

The primary objective of the seminar was to share knowledge on best practices in the administration of supply chains and of logistics at the global level, and in particular to identify the challenges for Paraguayan companies. To achieve this purpose, panelists and experts spoke on the best practices, restrictions, and opportunities of the sector.
